This could be the upgrade screen (your base) to buy new stuff for your aircraft in a traditional shoot em up game. Each hangar contains some upgrades.

-Items (Bombs, Flare, Repair)

-Guns (dual, triple, quad)

-Engine / Speedometer (lv1, lvl2, lvl3)

-Armour (light, medium, heavy)
