Why do you call it ugly? Because it's "just low poly"? Low poly stuff can actually look quite good with the right settings, check out these for example: http://opengameart.org/content/cars and there are many more :)

I call it ugly because I got lazy when painting the texture and I painted it so bad, but I like the model, hope you too.
