Tried to draw a bunch of national flags in a manner that

1) isn't just a bunch of boring rectangles

2) fits into a 16x16 grid.

As a result, I got these little pixel art flags, all done in Arne's 16 color palette. 

UPD: the new version includes 7 more flags.
