The experimental search feature is down at the moment until I get solr running again. It's my top priority at the moment, although I'm still pretty tight on time.
I'm back now. This disk full issue shouldn't come up anymore since we've updated the server and added several hundred gigabytes of space.
Also, this needs to go in a longer blog post, but I'm sorry I've been absent for a while now. I'm aiming now to be present 5+ days a week, so major issues like this shouldn't go un-fixed for so long from here on.
I hate to make a blanket rule about anything (I prefer to use good judgment rather than have a set of rules that gets out of hand like Wikipedia's). That being said, I find it kind of difficult to believe that someone would post another person's work verbatim without giving credit and not know that it's wrong to do so. If that's the case, we probably ought to ban the guy.
This is different from fan art, mind you. If someone posts their own redition of Sonic the Hedgehog (or some other extremely well known character), I'd tend to say that they're not trying to deceive anyone into thinking that it's their own work, and in that case the user should be warned that we don't accept unlicensed fan art here.
Yeah, we really can't block soundcloud links. There are too many legit music and sfx folks who have soundcloud pages.
Search is currently my top priority now that the disk full issues are fixed. It may take some time, but I'll try to provide updates as I go.
In short, search sucks and needs to be fixed.

Okay, looks like I fixed it. :)
