Can you please also add CC BY 3.0 or CC BY-SA 3.0 as an additional licensing option?

Most people expect to have a Creative Commons license available, instead of the GPL, for artwork. You can keep both (this is called dual-licensing) if you want.

Can you add another license like CC BY or CC BY-SA, please?

Yes, you can. This is quite common in fonts.

This is FLARE's license: https://raw.githubusercontent.com/clintbellanger/flare-engine/master/COP...

Yes, you can sell and make commercial use of it. However, you will have to give everyone the same freedoms as FLARE does – that is, the source code of your mod under the GPL.

Consider alternative business models like crowdfunding and “pay what you want”, instead of selling copies of it, since people can share it legally for free.

“but tell me about your broject please. ;)”

You can't enforce this, you can only ask for it.

You can release your game as free/libre software <http://www.gnu.org/philosophy/free-sw>.

Keep around a file that contains the artist names and the files they made.
