You can use them, because they are listed as CC-BY 3.0. This means that you can use it, as long as you give credit to the original author (which seems to be what you want... :D ). You can check more about it here.
I would have contributed, but decided that with my pixeling skills I can only ruin surt's art, not improve it.... guess I should improve myself first.

BTW, you should use tags, not hashtags :) (e.g. remove the # from each tag)
