A separate package will be... well separate :) It can employ its own license. You may consider is like AnkhSVN. It is open source and a plugin to Visual Studio and VS is not open source.
These look awesome. I wil try to write at least a simple match 3 if I can manage to allocate some time. May I ask for additional graphics if I need more?
I know that CC is mostly art or literature while GPL is for code, however, there are lots of art resources that only allows GPL as license. That would make mixing art pain.
I have an extention of the question. Is GPL and CC-BY-SA compatible? Can we relicense one with other? If not thats pretty big issue. Until now I always try not to use anything that is licensed SA or GPL (even LGPL).
Sadly there is no native version, I have tried it on linux and got dll error for msvc100d.dll I will try static linking to fix the issue. Latest version of the engine works 100% on wine. Give me a day to fix it. Today I had enough already (trying linux port). I will send you a message when Im done.
