If you are copying something then it is a copy and so subject to copyright.
Got the idea ;)
Use these things as references. Take cues and elements from them and create something new.
That was the one way of my tries, but I wanted the best looking one first. Thanks for the tip anyway.
I'll keep trying :)
Arf, I knew it.
Thanks for the answer, Clint.
The fur is the most clear copy/paste kinda part, indeed.
What I am more proud of is the head that I did pixel per pixel.
I shall restart the body from something else then.
Eh eh. I already does. ;)

It's not the latest version (I'll upgrade asap, but the honor is mine :])
EDIT: I'll also add you in the credits ;)
Thanks a lot!!
Hi Tamara,
Looks like a fair offer, and within my budget. ;)
I'm officially willing to request a ~$150 comission from you, as a first go, and if you agree.
Here is the main link showing my current project, if you've got a little bit of time:
http://valyriatear.blogspot.com
That shall give you the main graphics feeling to be taken out of this little project.
To be completely honest, I'm seeking for a replacement for this background image into something looking more like the previous pictures given:
https://github.com/Bertram25/ValyriaTear/blob/master/img/backdrops/battl...
Ideally, the background should approximatively fit the palette used in the picture below:
http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-59g2ZFt14Fw/UDdYB_NTZ-I/AAAAAAAAAJg/RJPBqgsIzA...
And should fit the character and monster placement seen here:
http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-Xp7SZehsfIA/UDdYdSfxP9I/AAAAAAAAAJo/QA7Y6cSQle...
The image format should be lossless and with a minimal size of 1024x768, and be released on OGA as CC by SA 3.0 under your hood.
Would you be interested?
If so, what would be your roughly estimated delivery time? How would you like us to proceed?
I'll make also sure to give you my mail address in that case. ;)
Best regards,
Hi Ramtam, :)
Out of curiosity, what is average price for something in the style of this:
with a given description, and several examples?
Ah btw, got news from Len about the grass?
Hi Zabin,
I tried the latest version (11) of the mountain tileset and I must say I love the work you've done there :D
Most of the artifacts are gone, and tileability has improved! + nice additions so far!
I truely think I'll use from now on if you don't mind about it.
While on it, here is your version with a reduced outline of the two stones on bottom right:

About the LPC12, I guess we've got some kind of new standard here :)
Hi Makrohn,
I won't prevent anyone from doing new funny animals for the LPC, but you might be interested by this, at least temporarily (GPLv2):

Len has an account here:

Thanks for the many additions, I'll try them out asap.
