Im the same age, not too much amazing experience. I can do 2D art and animation and also 3D art and animation. I have experience with gamemaker version 7 (used to use it when I was a young kid) and about 3 years experience making 3D art for unity. Im bored and need something to do, the project may come to be nothing, but lets do it if you want :)
II cant program so my solo projects normally have great art but totally suck.
Yes, I dont think id ever suspect a weebly site of being unsafe, unless there is a strange download. Check your device or virus maybe? Or it was a small bug.
Yes, sorry, we dont think its too big of a problem but I do think it should be limited to about two forums an hour maximum. That would probably be a good account measure to accounts. I think an account should only have to be a day or even just a few hours old, a lot of new people like to ask questions or post appreciations.
I agree, I reported the korean model spammer shortly after he posted, but there should be a basic filter, not that I would know how to make one for the forum system the site is using.
