I like the melody of gentle closure starting at 0.09 but i dislike the background i think if you would use the melody with something less hmm lets say messy (less impressive more calm) it would sound awesome.
Both are intentionally spread by the clique in Power to gain more control.
So the answer why people dont make a decicive difference in the struggle to ease the effect of poverty is simply: Those people who Want this lack the power to do it and those people who have the power to do it do exactly the opposite.
Beside this my experience was that the more rich a person becomes the less that person is willing to share something.
