This is an extension of Kenney's excellent expansion to his original platformer art pack. The expansion added two new types of aliens, in two new colors. One of my ideas calls for teams, however, so I figured since the aliens looked different anyway, each one of them could function as a "class" and I could use the color to differentiate the teams.
For that, I needed each alien in every color, and here they are. They could be used for more than teams though, the various colors could also serve in a player customization mechanic of some sort. There are six colors (I added purple), and five alien types, so thirty aliens altogether, all fully animated and sorted into folders for easy browsing. I also included sprite sheets for each color of alien, and a master sprite sheet as well. I probably should have also included sheets for each individual alien. Let me know if someone needs this, and I'll add it.
Some of the sprites may be a slightly different size than the original sizes - I'm talking about differences of one or two pixels. This is because I use Inkscape for my vector work, and I think Kenney uses something else. I used the default export options, and they were pretty close to the originals, so I went with it.

Kenney's been doing some excellent work for the independent development community, and I'd like to support him in that endeavour. Extensions of his art help everybody out, but you can also help him out simply by liking his Facebook page and telling your friends about his work.

This is wonderful, thank you!
Wow.... Amazing, thanks!!!
I do miss an attack pose, even if i must admit there is all kind of material one person could dream!
Great Job :)
Great job, really a pleasant sight to see them in all these colors!
Unfortunately, it's very hard to use. There's no complete walking animation - only 2 frames out of 11. Seems that you made this pack using Kenney's additional animations, but there's no complete walking animation (it's in the default pack)
I was actually making a game and I liked your pack, but as it has no walking animation I had to switch to the default pack
Actually, that is the new walking animations which contains just 2 frames. Given the nature of all the other animations the walking cycle has been simplified. It's also easier for starting programmers.
The animation looks very glitchy..
Hey no worries, not offending. It's certainly not as smooth as the old ones but I think it does the job, and fits in with the rest of the 2-frame animations like ladder climbing. But you're allowed to create and even share if you decide to do smoother animations, so go for it :D
Right, Kenney changed up how the animations work with his latest extra animations pack. They are two frame animations now. I just played with the SVG to get these, so everything is definitely here.
I had the same concern as you, but I actually made some prototypes with the animation to see for myself, and it looks fine - it's all in the frame timing.
Oh, I tried playing it at something about 10 frames per second or so, what timing did you use?
decided to make even MORE of these (10 colors,10 differents versions) ill upload it right now
