Yo! I had the idea to do this soon after I finished the 10 rpg enemy set a while ago, but it took a long time to put together between other projects and such. Fortunately, this is the sort of thing I can work on when I'm tired and frustrated. Anyway, this was sort of a unique challenge for me: I wanted them to be immediately recognizable as goblins, but not to be at least marginally different from the purely steriotypical version. As such I tried to depict them as a little more civilized and organized than they often are. And stuff.
So, yeah. If you do use them (please do), I would very much appreciate you dropping me a line here because I'm going to want to see it.

Very cool pictures! Good work
yup, nicely done. Although would have liked to see them a little bigger so could make out the features. Perhaps make them in .svg also so one could strech and see them in entirety.
I love these! You are an amazing pixel artist, so much expressed in so few pixels.
Thanks! I really appreciate that. There are things I would do differently if I were drawing these today, but they still hold a special place in my memory.
Of course! I wish I could pixel like that haha. I am a programmer first and a pixel artist second, though I'm working on becoming a better pixeler.
Great stuff!
One question: what is the beast that the last goblin is riding?
These Goblins, plus a number of other opengameart.org RPG enemy pieces by Redshrike and others, are featured in the recently-released game Vigil RPG for iPhone / iPad / iPod Touch!

Redshrike, thank you so much for making these available! They are obviously a very significant part of Vigil RPG's success!
Hello,
Thanks for letting me know! This looks like a really cool project, and it's really cool to see them used in something like this. I don't have an apple device myself, but I'll try it out on my dad's iPad as soon as I get a chance.
Redshrike, I actually sent you a PM here on OGA with a free code for Vigil RPG on November 10! Did you get that? If not, let me know, and I'll get you another one!
Oh, that's weird. I did a search and it looks like it got sorted into the wrong folder in my email and got buried with a billion forum notifications (gotta adjust my filters!). Thanks for that! I'll definitely check it out soon.
Thx for sharing ;)
