Time you spent for choosing a proper file name shows you care about your creation.
Time you spent to put a simple sentence about your inspiration/source may avoid possible copyright problems for the users.
Spending those little amounts of time shows you care about the community. Time is precious even little amounts of it.
I doubt they can be used under CC0. King, Queen and Jack images look like they were auto-traced from scanned images (you can tell from the stacked structure).
(Also the font used is Arial but not sure if it represents a problem)

Some of them can also be used as concrete textures
They look legit. But since they use thick paint to make road lines, this yellow line should hide the underlying asphalt texture (IMHO)

I thought the save file was binary formatted. Never ever looked inside the file, and used cheatengine instead.
