Forgive my ignorance, but can't you download and install iOS applications from sources other than Apple's? I mean like android; it has fdroid repository of open source applications.

Low poly is a term that depends on many things:

  1. polygon budget
  2. maximum quantity (of the object that might appear in a single scene)
  3. view distance

I believe they can be considered low poly because:

  1. 2013.
  2. hopefully you are not making cratecraft.
  3. you need to stay close to hump that crate.

Instead of ZIP, it could have been EXE. So people might run it thinking that the file they just downloaded was SVG file.

You can also do the same with a html link but no one would expect their browsers to download a html file.

IMO, no one on OGA is dumb enough to click on EXE downloaded offsite, thinking it is the SVG file they downloaded from OGA.

But you are saying that they are dumb enough to click on an EXE in a ZIP file which they knowingly downloaded from OGA.

My guess is yellow is rejuvenation(recovers both HP and MP). green is undo(removes any negative effects)
