I'm glad you llike them, and I agree with you. I think the main reason for this is because 2D games are a hell of alot easier to make than 3D games, no offence to those out there who are doing them of course. Therefore more people will be designing 2D games and would be interested less in the 3D art posts and tutorials, which is a shame.
Thanks for the nice comments and for subscribing to my channel! I still don't know how to post videos on here, if there's a way at all. I tried editing the HTML and pasting the Youtube embedded video code in there but it won't play when I post it, so I just have to use links instead. It would be really good if Bart could get videos working.
Also, if you have some ideas for what I could do for the next Let's Blend, please let me know!
The texture looks great apart from that though, so all you would have to do is make the bit running down the body seamless in Gimp or similar software, and you'd have a really nice texture to ut on it.
I agree with Bonsaiheld, the white shine across the top half of the icons makes them hard to use in a game, along with the solid background. Plus the fact that you have to PAY for the full set gives the impression that you're using OGA to make money for yourself. That isn't how the this site works. It even says in the submission guidelines not to post watermarked or unusable art, and not to provide the usable version on another site, let alone PAY for it. Please post a more usable set next time.
If you don't provide the 3D model it should go in the 2D section instead.
You can create vertex groups for the bone to control, Knittel.
Good but this is the 3D section you know.
These are really detailed, it must have taken you ages!

Thanks for the modification!
Well done! One thing I would say about it, though, is that the texture doesn't run smoothly down the body, you can see the seems between them.
