Well so far what we're using we have CC-BY license permissions (which from reading seems it only requires to give credit to the original author, unless I'm missing something), except one I'm waiting on. It's just sand, so if we get no reply It'll be replaced. Proper names will be attached to the tileset and in the server terms upon login.
There were a few we were hoping to use to save some time, but the base stuff is taken care of safely, again, besides the sand. :)

It's older (I've actually been off and on this for ~ 15 years lol). Me and my bro just finally decided that we wanted to actually finish the server. :)
Good to hear about the licensing. Being that all images are auto-downloaded to the client folder as they are loaded when seen on gamplay, outside of giving credit on the image and in reference on our rules page, ideally there should be no problems correct? A link will be given to the atlas tileset in the, basically, terms section (rules) for the server as well. I sent out emails regardless, but suppose I will go on the "give credit where due" unless otherwise noted. That should do correct? I just want to make sure, I'd hate if someone just used my work w/o approval on something like this, at least because I'm misunderstanding the license.
