That is strange. Have you attempted any basic troubleshooting? (deleting amd reuploading the preview, re-exporting the gif from whatever software you used and re-uploading it, etc.)
Well, I think it depends on what program you used. I believe OGA would only allow AI generated art/music/voices if both the following are true:
1. The company permits commercial use.
2. If the AI was trained on a public domain dataset.
There are some out there, e.g. Replica Studios(an AI voice generation app) uses a dataset licensed CC-BY 4.0, and I believe you can upload your own voice samples to it. They do have a free trial if you want to try it out.
Okay, I misunderstood then. I though he was saying it is only a derivative if you actually edit the tracing. I didn't at all mean to say that inspiration was unallowed. I guess the line between derivative and inspiration is quite fuzzy.

All you have to do is for search an existing collection in the box beneath 'Collected Art' when creating or editing a collection.
Well, I learned recently you can put collections inside of collections, so that could help sort things out a little.
As long as you post something usable, there is no age limit, though they say the site content is unofficially rated PG-13.
