You could submit all of them. However, hectabex's Rupture you would have to license as CC-BY-SA, and ISAo's Epic Melodic Electronic Music you would have to license OGA-BY. These two would hav to be put into seperate submissions, and you would have to let the credit go to the original authors.
Maybe just a note here that too many submissions will flood the front page and will be treated as spam. And to maybe a note reminding people about licensing issues, since I doubt most people read the submission guidlines.
You can use any license that the creator decided to put it under.
