What the title says. There's a good deal of animated stuff in there (open the second preview for some of that stuff), but not the characters.
Enjoy!

Oh wow - this is wonderful stuff. The simple color selection is great.
Hotness!
very awesome! i realy like your stuff, the only reason i didnt use any of them yet is the people lacking walk animations, any chance of giving the little guy a 4 direction walk animation?
Really great stuff! (the GIF is an ice touch to see the animations).
Love the color palette.
This looks great! I'm gonna use it on a small project im working on for fun. I'll post a link if I ever put it online :D

I like it when the art is so good I have to fight the urge to add another game project.
@fldr: unfortunately not in the near future.
@Clint Bellanger: this, said by you, is a great honour to me. (bows respectfully)
Awesome!
Wow. I saw yor "platformer in the forest on pixeljoint, and now I see this. I must say, that aside from your pixel arting skills you have a really good eye for colour palettes. What's your secret?
great walking animation
I love this tileset, thank you so much for putting it up CC0! Using it for my game Frenzied Dungeon. You can check out the trailer here if you want to see anything about it

Seriously, much appreciation, was exactly the sort of style I was looking for!
Nice artwork !! Thx ;D
Love the original artwork, but there was no character animation.
Did a simple anim for this Knight to walk and i will do sword anim when i can.
!!missing north west and north east at the moment.done!Anyone can use and shout if anything looks off, as i bashed it out quick and not animated in a while.
Updated 27/6/17 - frames are 32 x 32, this could be reduced but thought it might allow for a sword/shield animation. 3 frames for each North, North East, East, South East, South, South West, West and North West.
in answers to pagie_ question 'Graphicsgale' is free to download and pretty sweet program.
Just to clear up I did not make the original wonderful looking sprite art, at top of the post Buch did. I just hacked the frames to get directions out of it.
Used this in a private thing. It was quite fun to play with but a bit tiresome with the wall decorations (too much things, small details to check when choosing the right tile). The result is quite awesome nevertheless, I love it!
This is beautiful. I'll probably use some of these for my projects, thanks!
Hey @sparrow666! Thanks for uploading this! If you don't mind, could you run me through the animations? i.e. label them? EXAMPLE: 1-4: Walk North, 4-8: Walk North-East..
How can I seperate these into individual sprites?
I really love the color palette!
Beautiful!
Just dropped in here for the first time and registered..

Pal, I used your picture if you don't mind.
the thumbnail shows a character I that I have been imagining... might use this in my game. nice... Thank you very much!
This is awesome!
I'm creating tutorials on how to create games using multiple game engines and would love to use this for my next one, if you didn't mind of course.
You never ended up creating character animations right?
Great work!
