Sorry, that ought to be in the FAQ. I'll make sure to add it.
Believe it or not, if it's got multiple licenses, you just pick the license you like best. The idea of putting multiple licenses on something is giving people more options about how to use it (as opposed to restricting it in more ways).
Your code is yours. While it's nice to see things open sourced, don't feel pressured to do so. You're welcome here either way. :)
(That said, if you are up for sharing your code, the FOSS world lacks a strong 3d engine with a good integrated toolset -- you might attract some developers if you opened it up.)
Thanks!
I added those two links to your profile. :)

Greets :)
Where did the model for this come from?
Thank you for continuing to be awesome. :)
Hello Anon :)
The CC-BY license allows you to use the art in your game without permission provided you give credit. You can read more about it at this link:

Downloads fine for me. What happens when you click on the zip file?

I hope that makes sense. :)

Awesome, as always. :)
Nice concept work. Thanks! :)
Yes, if you credit the author per the license. :)
Also, he requested that you contact him through his website, so it would be good to do that too.
