Very interested in contributing to this. I've got tilesets in the LPC style for many of the things on this list, either original or reworked from other assets on this site. I'll try and prioritizing finishing things which could be of use.
One question: any particular reason you chose to go with Cabbit's bases rather than the rich set of LPC characters (since Cabbit's are not the size of your assets anyway)? Personally seems like an odd choice to standardize around a set of assets which will all need to be scaled up (and therefore lose their pixel art quality).
Would you mind licensing this also as GPL v2+ (or at least GPL v3)? I'm trying to get my work, which is a derivative of this work, which is a derivative of your work licensed as such. Note that Surt's tiles are already CC0 and Redshrike has agreed to relicense his tiles as GPL v2+ and OGA-BY as well.
Not sure if this is related, but posting comments is incredibly spotty for me; I've tried like 5 times to comment on this thread http://opengameart.org/forumtopic/is-there-any-desire-for-a-new-lpc-terr... and I keep getting a blank white screen (an no comment) each time I press "Save." Same problem in Chrome and Safari.
Hey, very cool to see the game coming along! I've been following along on your blog for a few weeks.
I know you said you plan to commission art in the future, but if you're interested in anything in particular being created in the LPC style, I'm happy to take a crack at it for free as long as the results can be licensed liberally.
The faster walking speed is way better! Though occasionally it seems to revert from the fast boots/running back to walking...
I also can't quite figure out how to make stuff; is that implemented yet? Whenever I try to smelt or smith it just tells me I don't have the required materials.
Very cool to see the new game! I got ~10 FPS before, now ~20 FPS in Safari and ~40 FPS in Chrome on macOS 10.12.2, MacBook Pro (Retina, 13-inch, Mid 2014) w/ Core i7, 16 GB RAM.

Hello!

Thanks!
I'm really excited to see this! Please release it for us to play around with :)
Does your tool have the ability to automatically re-color hair like the tools in the Universal LPC Spritesheet: https://github.com/jrconway3/Universal-LPC-spritesheet/tree/master/_build . If so, have you thought of adding similar tooks for re-coloring other clothing?
Finally, not sure from your post if you're aware, but someone has already made a run cycle (at least for adult male and female bases). I don't think there are any clothes for it yet... https://opengameart.org/content/lpc-runcycle-and-diagonal-walkcycle

I'd be interested in seeing it!

Hey! I tweaked your awesome castle a bit to fit more with the Liberated Pixel Cup style and the various other 32x32 castles on OpenGameArt: http://opengameart.org/content/lpc-castle-mega-pack .
Thanks, glad to see the art being used!
