@botanic: what shall we do? should we port it for 64bits? or may be will you consider installing another vm for 32bits?

The issue is not compilation actually, the error there is easy to fix. However, all the system assumes an int is 32bits and when reading from data files, it will surely crash.

@botanic: may I ask why 64bits? it seems gcc version should be good enough, but we have no 64 bit support atm.

@Botanic: Could you please post your g++ version, I specificly stated that our system requires gcc 4.6.3+ as it uses C++11 features.

@bart: its from manaworld assets and they say its strictly gpl2, I am almost sure that art assets in a game is a collection, not a derivative work. But is it a problem for LPC?

I ready the topic and I still have no idea. With a yes/no answer: can we use GPL2 (strict) art resources in our games? I hope there is nothing wrong with that. There are 6 images we have used this way and it would be too bad to replace them with filler art.

I would definitely support extension. Our game dearly requires polishing. I totally agree with seve as well. I  can see some people are against it. May be they can be conveyed if the extension is just a week not two. If pushing it to 6th would make alot of difference as most people are busy at work (not me).

These are what we need. Please consider making a mace or a flail. We dont have any blunt weapons although we have mechanics for them.
