Ah, thanks! This game actually probably belongs more in the snes era XD
I actually had plans to add more levels and such also.
My new version doesn't have these options you mention yet but they will be worth adding, except maybe the full screen thing, I don't think there are very many people who actually play windowed anymore.
But I have to admit that I am not interested in the mobile market though.
Like IllusionOfMana said, a major goal for the player is important to keep interest, I think making a good plot will naturally create some objectives for the main character. But the lack of feelings in this world like you say, removes the player's motivation to do much, in a way. (if they ghave no one they love or care about) Unless you are maybe given a task, or a series of tasks, by some greater master and have to accomplish them before you can return to your home world.
On another note, for the main character's attacks, if you plan on implementing those, what about having him/her learn different martial arts attacks? Blocking, footowork, etc. I think that would maybe be a unique idea for this genre.
But please don't listen to me if you find what I say crap. I fail at design for my own games and shouldn't really be giving people advice about this sort of thing XP

This looks really good! Need to believe in yourself XD
The game was renamed to Corrosive Caverns!
I feel it's a bit more catchy ~ and the game will have a lot of underground parts, if I get that far with it that is.
The new version is still not ready for download, because I suck and am badly prepared as always.
What is your storyline?

This is so well made! I should really find a use for them!
I can't even suggest improvements, to a newb like me this looks just perfect
Gave the game a visual update, moving it away from pixel art. This version isn't ready for download yet, tho ^^
This background already helps a lot to improve the look!
Maybe ^^
Seems like a good game idea actually!
There's nothing I can do to help you with your problems tho :'D
Good luck! (also with your health :P)
I'm not sure I think all the different weapons and enemies thing is really recessary, but it's your game after all.
