Hmm, I could see the game being extended a bit with some stuff, but I don't think it should be too complex. It's nice with a little breather game without too much of a learning curve or complex mechanics to understand.
I might, but I'm not sure. Like you said yourself I think your game is very similar to many others and would benefit from a slightly more original concept, or a more fleshed out one. Apologies for that other person interrupting btw.
I'm not sure I can explain, what it looks like to me is that the background buildings have been upscaled while the people have not, It would look better if you had drawn the buildings at the same resolution as the people without stretching them. ^^
I think you should stick with just one pixel size if that makes sense, the buildings in the background seem "chunkier" than the people, like they are lower res, which in my opinion creates sort of a confusing look and is not that appealing. Also I agree with everything RedVoxel said. :P
Good luck! (also with your health :P)
I'm not sure I think all the different weapons and enemies thing is really recessary, but it's your game after all.
Maybe you can find something here:

There's lots of great stuff, but whether it's "Diablo Style" I'm not sure, I only played the second game in the series. and not very much
Interesting game!
But I have no one to play with...
Dunnow about the title either, it seems more like a platformer than an actual logic game, but I guess arguments can be made for the contrary too.
Interest in you continuing this?

A simple but fun game with nice particle effects! It gets hard quickly, but that's not a bad thing at all, I think.
Hmm. a train game. Could be an interesting concept, but I'm not very good at drawing vehicles or machinery.
It could also be like Outrun where you choose a route and so on.
I should've responded to his/her messages in his/her own thread :P
