Completing the asylum unlocks the summon ghost power. Werewyvern is not available until later in the game.

shirish theres an exit on the east of desert 1 and at the north west of desert 2. The desert 1 east exit should be done first. Theres plenty more content left but theres no more quest logs beyond the goblin caves.

Unfortunately im not able to run the game. When I try to launch it I get the message:

"Launchj4"

"This application was configured to use a bundled Java Runtime Environment but the runtime is missing or corrupted."

I also tried manually updating java on my machine and confirmed that it was up to date. Im running on Windows 7.

VWolfdog thanks for the new horse variation. I have added it to some warhorse enemies in the later maps. For the assassin, I think the "stealth" gfx are more suited to this enemy. I do appreciate the effort though and will use the above gfx for something else.

shirish no need to worry about those log messages. It sounds like you have the game working now. The horse quest cant be completed by converting the horse yet because it requires a change to the engine. So for now you can complete the quest by defeating it.

Would it be possible to change the directions around so that they are the same as the original directions i.e. west facing on the first row. I plugged in the new graphics and it had the effect of the werebear moon walking towards you.

shirish im not sure what the issue is but maybe its an old version of the engine? The player stats definition changed a little while ago so maybe its not recognising the player hp stat. This would give you a max hp of 0 so would probably cause you to die as soon as you start the game. Are you building the engine from source or using the 0.18 engine from the flare website? Below is the link to the branch which im using for testing.

shirish in the git repository is a directory named new_game_mod. Copy this into your mods directory and then check the available mods again in flare.
