The tank turret is a separate graphic, so it can be rotated.
The cloud graphic is also separate from the background.

Sure, I think it could make a nice "hot seat" multi-player game.
Mishonis, using your superb artistic skills ( :D ) can you make a background that could be looped across the X axis, so that it looks continuous when the plane is flying?!
Sorry Meq, I mostly do coding these days. This is just some old stuff I decided to contribute back after I saw some excellent art here that I may end up using. The background isn't meant to be scrolled anyway, you can try scrolling the terrain only.
Hi, I'm developing an android tank attack game to learn android game develpoment. I want to use the ground tiles from your tileset for some levels. I may or may not publish the game(commercially or non-commercially). Am I allowed to do that?
Anonymous: It says CC0 - Public Domain under license. You can pretty much do whatever you want with it.
