Just notice an error message on the second page of this forum post. Not sure what it is about. Just wanted to report it in case no one was aware of it.
I tried to delete some art a couple of weeks ago and got the above error. The art in question still hasn't been deleted (though it does have a "Retract deletion request" button), so I think the message may not have reached the admins. I've just tried to contact you via the contact form twice but got the same error message. I tried to send myself a copy via the form but the mail hasn't arrived, so it seems mail sending definitely isn't working for my account. I've turned off ad-blocking etc. in my browser, and tried two different browsers (Firefox, Vivaldi) but still no luck.
Revisions allow you to track differences between multiple versions of your content, and revert back to older versions.
Ok, how do I revert back to an older version of a submission in revisions? I can view the previous version but I'm not sure how to actually revert back to it.
Have recently been experiencing extremely poor performance from the website and yesterday the site suddenly stopped responding for more than 24 hours. Is this an issue that the server admins are aware of? It reeks of a DDoS but I don't know why anybody would want to target OGA. Asked in IRC but got no responses... unsure if anybody responded today (power went out for over 7 hours today so I wasn't able to get any feedback).
I think something that might be useful would be to parse the "@" symbol to automatically create links to user profiles when followed immediately by text in comments & forum threads.
Example:
I'd like to hear from @MedicineStorm about this as well.
In addition, users could be notified via email that they are mentioned in this manner. This would be especially useful in threads where that particular user has not participated.
