That's a consequence of using AJAX on the art browse page and there's no easy solution to it.
And yes, before people jump in and tell me that there's a way it can be fixed, I know you can fix it by messing around with hash tags, but I don't have the time to deciper Drupal's incredibly complicated Views module and add that functionality in there (plus, it would probably just get lost the next time they updated it). I'll report this bug to the plugin maintainer, but I make absolutely no promises as to whether it will ever be fixed.
At the moment, we use ajax for art browsing because it doesn't refresh the entire page, and it loads way faster. The work around for this problem is to middle click the image when you want to open it, and that will open it in a new tab.
If people want all art to open in new tabs automatically, I might be able to do that. Would that be acceptable, or would it drive everyone crazy?
NOTE: I have retracted this post due to a misunderstanding on my part. See below.
As it stands, the angle of the lamp in the image makes it not particularly useful, and it seems like you're just posting the image to get around OGA's licensing requirements. Using OGA to advertise more of your work is fine, provided you're contributing something that will be generally useful. If you'd like to keep this entry here, please replace it with a straight on side view so that it will be easier for people to adapt for their games, or upload the 3d model.
One of the complaints we get a lot is that we don't have much in the way of raw, idea-generating concept art. The nice thing about these concepts (particularly since they're CC0) is that you can grab one and run with it and not worry about any sort of licensing issues.
Just a heads up -- it's not necessary to comment twice. The spam filter is particularly harsh with certain IP addresses due to the volume of spam that originates from them, but we understand that there are sometimes reasons that legitimate users may also come from these IP addresses. Comments will be approved if they're on topic.
Can you be more specific about what you find unclear?
You can use this content under the terms of any of the listed licenses, whichever you prefer. Generally, CC-BY is the easiest to comply with, since all you need to do is give credit.
If somebody wants to collect all the dragons in a set, I say go for it. Honestly, while they were intended to address certain issues that people have brought up in the past, you don't have to use them for any one particular purpose. If you're inspired to make a collection, then make one. There aren't any rules as to what a collection should or shouldn't be. :)

Very nice!

Doesn't that suck? Always happens right when there's something big going on, too.

This is fixed.
