I removed the incompatible licenses. Without separating them into multiple submissions, it's too hard to keep track of which ones are modifications and which ones are brand new, so it's safer just to call it all CC-BY.

Ugh. I'm not doing that well today. This is the best I could come up with after several false starts. I'm trying to work on the midsection.

Yes, as long as you credit the author appropriately, you can use them commercially. This is true of anything that's licensed CC-BY.

I'm not sure what's confusing about it. Having a larger water animation makes the water a bit less repetitive.
This is a known bug. I'll look at it when I get the chance. In the meantime, I'm sorry for the trouble.
