Just fiddled around with the game for a couple minutes. It works fine for me in windows 10! I have no clue what you're supposed to do though, but maybe everything hasn't been implemented yet. :)
Well first we can always see if you even like my style :) Give me somehting to test it out, and then we can discuss payment if the style is what you want.
I think I'd definitely be able to do that. If you're interested, I can make some samplers for you to see if you like my style :) Backgrounds are probably my weakest side though compared to the other things you mentioned.
One thing I'd like to have clarified tho is whether you intend this to be a free project, paid, rev share, or whatever. I have no problem with doing a free project once in a while, but I do if you expect me to spend upwards of a year on it :P
The Last Score seems like it might be a fun game, it's almost a shame you decided on LPC assets for it I feel, as they don't really have that post-apocalyptic feel.
And yeah, you should probably see if a bit more people show up, see what they can do, and evaluate their prices first. Maybe you'd rather want one of those, though otherwise you can always return to me if need be :)
Rev share could be a possibility. At least if you're talking about strictly concept art, since I can't help you with 3D :P
But that of course implies that your game has a plan for how it'll be sold :) And I would need a bit of insurance if it gets canceled, but of course not if I've made nothing myself by then.
I can't speak for others, but if you want myself, I'm definitely stronger in anime style, even the more cutesy, in realistic I'm very weak, I'm afraid :P
