First well done. Fun to play, can't what to be able to choose other the other characters.

 

Now to the issues.

Need to allow replay without having to reload the whole page.

This doesn't appear to cache assets on the local computer since it took the same amount of time to reload as it did the first time.

Controls need to be rethought WASD is better ASD plus Space to jump and the action keys could be any of these JKL;'  (the five left of enter/return )to reduce the confusion of the hands being so close on the keyboard.

Again looking foward to this progressing.

Just so you know under the license you have selected credit is required. If you don't need credit you might be better off changing the license to public domain or creative commons zero

I won't be able to create hex tiles for you but I can suggest two project that you can legally use the art from.

Battle for Wesnoth and FreeCiv both have a range enviroments for hex tiles. Both projects have their art licensed under the GPL, IIRC.

I have not played it yet, but it seem that it it very window instensive. Popout out window after popout window and that they could be intergrate into the main window providing a better experience for players.

Here is what I think should happen.

 

Stop creating Lo-Scale (old scale) models and tilesets.

With the currently finished assets we do a Dungeon Jam for 48 hours or a week.

During this Jam using new and old maps we make a story. The first part of a serial story.

Package it all up and ship it as installment 1 of the franchise. Please come back and check for new installments often.

 

Then the shift to going Hi-Scale should start.

Create New/Replace incompatible art.

Finish replacements + plus a couple new tilesets and enemies

Do Installment 2 Dungeon Jam which includes updated graphics for installment 1

Package and Release

Don't change scale again :) Rinse Repeat

Can we see what you are working on? A lot of us have limited time and are hesitant to create stuff for projects we know nothing about, have no working demo, or have not even been started.
