Nice, like the venusian as well, one thing I would recomend in the future is to make your textures at higher quality originally and scale them down, this allows you to multipul versions of the model :)

Basically that relates to the "fun" factor, if the game is fun it will be rated better. However the judges will do there best to judge something on a fair basis, ie I personally dont like the game but I can see that other people would.

We have released it under a less restrictive liscense in support of LPC.

Let me know what image still has that on it and I will change it.

Please be aware that while you can do it, its important like Clint said to have the code and art open.

You can use it comercially long as you follow the liscense.

The art and the code are totally seperate things so you can use the art and have a closed source game so long as all the art is open source.

That is correct, so long as every part is released as open source and it all runs without propritary software you can have an HTML5 game talk to some php scripts that has a C backend that does some crazy calculations or whatnot. For the HTML5 only catagory the part the user interfaces with ie the GUI needs to be all in a browser window however.

Few comments,

1) The lowest resolution phones are 480-by-320 as such a bit higher res may be in order.
2) Phones require power of 2 textures

If you want to bug me on IRC I can give you some pointers on making stuff for phones etc :)
