Yes, OGA is a good choice. You'll want to remove CC0, as that doesn't require credit.

Here's my modification to the GCW-Zero.png to scale it up so that the screen area is 320x240.

This would be useful for GCW-Zero screenshots. I also use it as a skin file for my Super Play game library:

Same here. Will probably pick up the game on the Ouya.

Brilliant! As a programmer, I've used some of the voxel editors and it becomes tedious quick. This looks to solve that problem.

I was going to suggest being able to move with the mouse and keyboard.. But, that can easily be controlled through a script command.

The whole RPG maker thing is a big issue. Many artists create RPG maker tilesets, and leave pieces of the original tileset in. It's quite common and worth mentioning. If even one tile, from the original set, was left in, it could lead to legal issues.

From the sounds of it, it was a quick heads-up to ensure the tileset can be used by the community.

I think you would find it difficult to find a negative post by Sharm.

Ugh! I must be getting old. When I read IFF, I immediately thought of the Amiga Deluxe Paint file format.

I think you just did!

Seriously though, I agree this is a nice set of resources. Definitely has a classic 16 bit arcade feel to it.

This will work:

Upload your image, and select 'Split Image'.

For the characters, select 4 row and 23 columns.

If you're on Windows or Mac, try Shoebox: http://renderhjs.net/shoebox/

It can do multiple things with images, including exporting multiple pngs.

Do you need them as separate PNGs?
