I'm pretty sure it's RPG Maker '95? Idk.. I don't think it really matters. I found a few objects in them that are almost identical with a 32X32 tileset for RPGMaker.. thus I figure if anything it's all custom but they took the inspiration from RPGMaker. Plus, with how they licensed it, they already give all credit to Enterbrain so it doesn't really matter. I originally thought that the statement about RPG maker only refered to the VX material. Either way, thanks. That's why I always ask you guys :).
Yeah.. its all RPG maker stuff. After reading the terms over again and comparing some of the tilesets(non-VX), it was fairly obvious. I feel a bit stupid, though I'm glad Sharm caught it before I used any of it. It seemed a little too good to be true anyway. Ugh.. why does RPG maker art have to be so useless..
Yeah I was thinking the same thing after I posted that. Users should know what version they have by their zip-file name, as well as what changes have been made (I'll be keeping an "License&Changes" text file in the zip). The text file will store an ongoing log of all changes sorted by versions.
Well, it appears that I will be working on the artwork by myself for the time being. I pushed out an update for those who have been using my artwork. I mostly went through and added color alterations on all the hairstyles and clothing and added a few extra hairstyles as well..
Now there should be over a million combinaitions one can make with the new color additions. Enjoy! I will be trying to hammer out some more hairstyles and clothing choices in the very near future!
Since Surt's original Tileset is CC-by-3.0, you don't need his blessing, anyone can remake. The only thing that needs to be done is to credit him as he stated.
BTW, I eventually hope to make tilesets or have someone make some for my game. Hopefully they are useful to your game as well. As always, it will be in LPC style ;). (and CC-by)

This is great, good thinking William, now flames can be added everywhere!
Thanks MoikMellah, I have tomorrow off since I only can work 32 hrs per week (part time internship). I'll see what I can do!
Think anyone could possibly animate these so they have a moving flame effect? It's not too much work and would bring games alive.
@Surt-

*EDIT*
-Each new version will include the whole current base and asset library made by me in a new zip.
-Each new zip will have a lisence & updates file to show how to attribute and what changes have been made.
-This page can be bookmarked by people using it and have notices sent to them when things are changed.

Corona SDK is currently free with few limitations... it is a really nice mobile game development platform: http://www.coronalabs.com/products/corona-sdk/
I'm currently using MTE to help with the development of my game: http://forums.coronalabs.com/topic/33119-million-tile-engine-beta-release/
MTE's creator, Dyson, is brilliant and does most of the hard lifting and coding for you.
